Visitor Services Co-ordinator and Education Facilitator job opportunities…
Two opportunities have arisen within our Visitor Services team for a Visitor Services Co-ordinator and an Education Facilitator both based at the National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
The overall purpose of the two roles will be to assist the Museum and work alongside its partners in the visitor services area of the attraction including education and front of house.
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience of Customer Care, awareness of the promotion of a safer community via Education and intervention, experience of working in visitor attractions and/or museums, experience of delivering presentations to adults and children, administration skills, experience of dealing with members of the public face to face, ability to work as part of a team and alone, working with public sector/public agencies, effective communication skills at all levels.
You must possess a full UK driving licence and have substantial experience within the roles sector of work.
